Breathtaking books. Amazing films.
Just one thing that annoys me.
Fangirls. >.>
Y'know, the girls that are all like, 'OMG EDWARD IS SO HOT!' and 'I'M MRS.CULLEN!' etc.
Edward's good looking, but I don't see why people are obsessed over him.

Oh, and Biblophile_Sk8erGal, to answer your two queries...
1. 'Renesmee' is a combination of Esme, and Renée. Esme is of course, Carlisle's wife, and the 'mother' of the Cullen family. And Renée is Bella's mother. It is a strange name, but if you know how to pronounce it, it's rather beautiful.
2. Edward tried to convince Jacob to...y'know, because the baby was killing her. Edward was dying himself, mentally, because he loved Bella more than anythign, and he would rather see her in the arms of another than dead.

And it's not 'gross'. Babies and all that jazz. It's the way of life. It's how you were born.
I honestly have no problem with it.

Not to sound rude, really.

But I didn't need those answered.

When I posted that, I was perfectly aware why she named the baby renesmee

It is a kinda stupid name, in my opinion.

And I do find Jacob's sudden attraction to, of all people, Bella's daughter, rather off-putting.

It's safe to say, none of these books stand out to me anymore, after reading other books that make them pale in comparision.

Fangirls are fine, they're entitled to gush and like the book just as much as anyone else does. It's always annoying when things become popular but it's really not your job to reprimand people who act hyperactively.

Again, not to sound rude, I'm just being informative.

Welcome to the board,

To be informative is to provide information.
I did not receive any information from your post.

Renesmee is a beautiful name. You think it's stupid because you have never heard it before.
Neither have I.
But considering it was a combination of the names of two apparent lovely women, I see nothing wrong with it.

And that, my friend, is called imprinting.
Jacob couldn't help that. And he's not attracted to her.
He'll be attracted to her when she grows up, right now, he's just like a best friend, or an older brother.

Fangirls yes, they are fine. I never said they weren't. They just get on my nerves.

Oh, and care to tell me why you think Renesmee is a bad name?
I scraped my knees while I was praying,
And found a demon in my safest haven.

Let's all take a deep breath, shall we? *fooooooo* We don't want to argue over a name. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I wasn't angry. I was just saying @_@
Don't stop if I fall
And don't look back,
Oh, baby, don't stop,
Bury me, and fade to black...

Yes, I suppose you are right, Zig-Zaggity.
And, Biblophile_Sk8erGal, I apologise if I seemed hostile before.

Biblo: You have a second.
You seem depressed by the way you came in.

Honestly, I liked it a lot..but...

Well...the ending kinda sucked minus the last page.

And..And...

1. What kind of name is 'RENESMEE' Couldn't see come up with something better?
2. JACOB and BELLA'S DAUGHTER.

How terribly conveniently gross. >.<

Ring any bells? (no pun intended)

How about the fact it's been months since then? Does that ring any bells?

Funny how topic bumping is so fun, yes?

I do believe that's called grave-digging, and in my defense, I missed the most recent page when I posted the first time...
